Part-Time Building Maintenance Manager
Are you a skilled project manager with building maintenance experience who has an interest in historic buildings?
University Baptist Church (UBC), a progressive and welcoming congregation in the heart of Dinkytown, is looking for a skilled property manager to keep our historic building in good shape! We encourage applicants from all walks of life and all faith backgrounds.
The position:
This position is .3 FTE, working 12 hours/week, on average. The salary is $21,700/year.
The Building Maintenance Manager serves as the coordinator and point person for maintaining the church building and grounds and supervising all capital improvement projects. This includes:

Keeping a master list of outstanding action items for the building and grounds

Contacting contractors to receive bids for building and grounds projects

Serve as primary contact for building-related questions

Perform routine minor repairs around building

Coordinate necessary building inspections

Maintain facilities supply inventory
This position is also responsible for organizing two church-wide work days per year, and supervising the part-time janitor.
Our building is in the heart of Dinkytown and is 100 years old! It needs a skilled, organized, proactive manager to keep it in good working order.
